We met Erin a few years ago at a dance festival. One noticed her immediately as she was dancing like nobody else: with her entire body and her soul. After we learned that at that time she lived in NY, we asked her if she would be willing to give us some dance lessons. She accepted us as students, and we took lessons with her until she moved to the West Coast.

Our experience with Erin was exceptional from every point of view: she is a warm, caring, dedicated, loving person while she is an excellent teacher. While many good dancers look great on the dance floor, most of them do not know how to teach. Erin breaks down the moves, and explains with patience until one can follow.

She had a plan for every lesson and knew how much one can reasonably learn in an hour. Working with her was great fun as dancing is her life, and it is a joy that comes across while she is teaching. Learning with her was exciting and it was always a great break from our daily routine.

Erin has style and understands how the body moves and what should one do to add grace to every movement.

She enticed and helped us to record some of the lessons to ensure that we can easily practice after them.

She was happy to share expertise in dancing and it was a great pleasure to attend her lessons.  We felt extremely lucky to have had the opportunity to have her as a teacher for a few months and we’ve missed her ever since, as we have never found anyone else like her.
