Daily Personal Training in a Unique Environment... train with your trainer as your partner.  Only 3 spots remaining in this time slot.


  1. 5.45 - 7AM, 5 days a week.

  2. Interview required. 


  1. You have a similar fitness level to myself.

  2. You want to train HARD, train SMART, and SEE notable changes every week: fat loss, increased flexibility, more muscle mass. 

  3. We will be training together, using my program.  I’ll throw in some extra individualized corrective exercises if you need them. 

  4. Come prepared to sweat. 


  1. $900 / month.  $1000 / first month.
